This contemporary residence is perched on Ranchos Estates private beach, just a few steps away from the ocean. The sounds of marine birds, fish splashes, and whales, the constant sound of smooth waves moving, combined with low light and sunsets, bring all the magic of this part of paradise to your stay. It seamlessly blends stylish, sophisticated design with the beautiful surroundings of Punta Mita. Karen Collignon managed the interior design of The Villa with the highest grade furnishings and fabrics characterized by chic, relaxed décor, accentuated with bold, contrasting shades of Mexican colors.
At Villa Pacifica, we offer an entire staff with a house manager, personal concierge, on-site housekeeper, chef, and butler for your Punta Mita stay.
From the moment you arrive at the Villa, any stresses you may have brought with you will instantly melt away; Friendly, attentive villa staff will greet you with freshly made margaritas and whisk away your luggage to your room.
Guests enter the compound through massive wooden doors and a lush tropical garden that features a half-moon pond, palm trees, and an expansive grass area. Following the Mexican pebble walkway through the park, you arrive at the villa entrance and proceed down a beautiful travertine walkway. To the right of the walkway is a vast royal palm courtyard that looks through the main living area to the ocean. As soon as you enter and take in the enormous views and ocean breeze, you will know your vacation has officially started.
Pool & Jacuzzi
The Stairs from the great room lead down to an expansive Stemming 22 yard azure blue pool and Jacuzzi. Built into the steps of the swimming pool are four queen-sized lounge beds. Immerse yourself into the ocean views to relax and enjoy a cocktail, allow our staff to pamper you during your stay.
The Fire Pit
Beyond the pool is a grass area that allows many games in front of the ocean. Two comfortable hammocks hanging from a group of palm trees will make you enjoy nice siestas, and a sitting area around a contemporary stone fire pit will make the evening very special.
A private stairway leads down to the private beach that connects you to the ocean from the pool grass area. Always a great time to enjoy available Kayaks, paddleboards, and body surfboards.
Next to the great room is a modern, white kitchen with a walk-in fridge and stainless steel appliances: wine cooler, icemaker, and pantry. However, familiarity with the kitchen is rarely required, as you will have the villa staff to serve you cocktails, snacks, and meals. For dinner, you can choose the excellent room for bigger groups or a romantic dinner watching the sunset steps from the beach watching the sunset.
The other side of the great room is a media room with huge glass doors overlooking the pool and the ocean. If you seek some quiet time out of the sun, this media room is the perfect place to watch a movie or do some work. The sofas can be converted into an additional sleeping area with two twin beds upon request. TV + Apple TV. Books, Games, Music, Sonos bar and Sonos system
Length of stay: We require a minimum length of stay for all reservations; for Holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Easter, Spring Break, and President’sPresident’s week, a minimum of 7 nights, and the rest of the year, a minimum of 4 nights.
VILLA OCCUPANCY: The number of nightly guests cannot exceed: 10 adults or ten adults and two children when Villa is confirmed as a 5-Bedroom and 14 adults or 14 adults and two children when Villa you reserved as a 7-Bedroom.
Staff: Our staff includes House Manager (offsite, fluent in English), Concierge (offsite, fluent in English, Houseman/Waiter (at the site, fluent in English), Chef (3 meals), 2 Housekeepers for cleaning and laundry. Some of our staff sleeps at the premises in the staff quarters located on the far end of the property in a separate building, and they are available 24/7 for emergencies.
FOOD AND DRINKS: Services included are the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We include the service; we do not include food and drinks. However, we can arrange pantry/grocery stocking and shopping during pre-arrival and the course of your stay. Specially designed menu, according to guests’ preferences. All kinds of dietary needs can be catered, from vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free to Kosher.
Food, drinks & incidentals deposit: A daily US$100 deposit per person per night is mandatory. The deposit is due 15 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 15 days, we collect the warranty at the time of booking. Upon departure, any remaining balance is refundable.
Security deposit: Deposit is mandatory; We refund the warranty is for security within 14 days of the Checkout Date.
Damage repair: Renter is financially responsible for the costs of repairing any damage caused by renter or Renter’sRenter’s guests that occurs while Renter is occupying the unit. Renter expressly acknowledges that Villa Pacífica has the right to charge against Renter’sRenter’s security deposit any first portion of the damages Serves.
Deposits: We require a 50% deposit for the entire stay (Room, Service Charge, and Security Deposit) at the time of booking. Balance/final deposits are due 60 days before arrival and 90 days for holidays. For reservations made less than 60 days before the arrival date full guarantee is required at the time of booking. For holiday bookings deposit is due in full 90 days before arrival.
Cancellation: The initial deposit is refundable until 60 days before arrival and 90 days for Holiday Rentals, but a cancellation fee equals one night’s rent and tax. Final Deposits and fees are non-refundable to Guests upon Owners’ receipt of such deposits.
Suppose Guest provides written notice to Owner of its election to terminate the Agreement, and Owner succeeds in securing a replacement Guest for the same rental period as the dates noted in this Agreement. In that case, the Owner will refund the Security Deposit to the Guest plus any other deposits received from the Guest to the extent that Owner receives rental payments from a replacement guest during the applicable period.
NO PETS are allowed in any property without explicit permission from the Owner. Dogs have been welcome many times after approval we approve.
Smoking: This is only allowed in outdoor areas.
OWNER and MANAGEMENT: Reserves the right to accept guests.
